Today, it has a research and development team of more than 1,000 people, expands into overseas markets from local bases, devotes itself to R&D in a spirit of innovation, creates excellent products with a craftsman’s spirit, welcomes partners in a spirit of win-win cooperation, and has become a new benchmark in the power battery industry.

As of the end of March 2022, our R&D personnel had exceeded 2,300, including more than 50 returnees and PhD holders, while those holding master’s or doctoral degrees accounted for more than 70% of the total.
