| Job Responsibilities | • Concept planning and design of new products • Drive the product development process based on concept sketches • Detailed design, 3D modeling, and product prototyping using CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhino, AutoCAD, etc.) • Work with other departments to realize design concepts and oversee the entire process through final product commercialization • Implement quality control in the mass production process • Collaborate with the manufacturing department to establish and maintain quality standards • Lead the development of innovative and practical products in response to market needs • Establish design direction through meetings with clients and team members and optimize designs for commercialization |

| Qualifications & Requirements | <Required Qualifications> • A degree in design (bachelor’s, master’s, etc.) or equivalent education • Practical experience in industrial design or product design • Practical experience from concept sketching through product commercialization • Experience using CAD software (SolidWorks, Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, etc.) • Skills in 3D modeling, rendering, and prototyping • Practical experience in quality control during the mass production process • Experience in quality improvement activities through collaboration with manufacturing departments • Strong passion for design and motivation for professional growth • Experience in project progress and schedule management • English proficiency sufficient for reading technical documents and basic conversation <Preferred Qualifications> • Knowledge of user-centered design and ergonomics • Design experience in specific fields such as automotive, home appliances, or consumer products • Knowledge and practical experience in quality control • Experience with quality control digitalization and data analysis tools • Experience collaborating with overseas teams • Curiosity about and practical ability with the latest technologies and materials • Chinese language proficiency |

| Salary | ※Estimated annual income (including allowances): Master’s degree: JPY 4,600,000 ～ 5,800,000 Doctoral degree: JPY 6,000,000 ～ 7,600,000 ※The probationary period is 3 months, with no changes to the employment conditions during this period ※Additional compensation and preferential treatment will be provided based on experience, skills, and other qualifications |
