| Job Description | • Oversee process development and project progress for upstream and downstream processes • Lead the development of B samples and C samples, review input information from the product department, identify technical risks, and implement solutions • Support each responsible engineer in completing project tasks in a timely manner based on the project schedule • Cooperate on optimization tasks for new processes, develop technical routes, and provide feasible plans • Lead/participate in R&D for new technologies, complete the development of new process equipment, identify development risks for new process equipment, and provide recommendations • Evaluate and optimize existing processes, and explore and develop advanced processes • Prepare and maintain process-related documents |

| Application Qualifications and Requirements | • Master’s degree or above（New graduates welcome） • At least 4 years of practical experience in the lithium battery industry, with familiarity in cell process development (e.g., mixing, coating, rolling, die-cutting); candidates with successful experience in manufacturing process improvement or process development are preferred • Candidates with experience in process development such as paste, coating, and die-cutting are preferred • Candidates with experience in process development for new processes or products are preferred • Strong logical thinking skills and the ability to independently conduct process verification, process analysis, improvements, etc. • High stress tolerance and an innovative mindset |
