I majored in industrial design as a student. Since joining the company,
I have been able to improve my skills in international awareness, design capabilities, and every other aspect.

“I want to design products that are more beautiful, easier to use, and beneficial to people around the world.” I wanted to join Gotion High-Tech as the first step toward achieving that dream. I have always been very interested in electrical products, and because expectations for new energy have been extremely high around the world in recent years, I wanted to contribute to an industry with such promising growth. I believe that working for an international company allows me to make use of my communication skills, explore cutting-edge design, and achieve personal growth.
I currently handle various design-related tasks. After receiving product design requests from the headquarters, we divide the responsibilities among team members and each proceed with our respective work.
As I am originally from China, I also communicate on a daily basis with employees at the headquarters and subsidiaries in China.

The company is bright and vibrant, and there are many young members and colleagues of my generation.
I make every effort to understand both sides’ intentions and facilitate smooth communication.

Gotion High-Tech is an international company, and there are many opportunities here to communicate in English, Chinese, and Japanese, allowing me to work with people from around the world. Whenever there is something I do not understand, I can immediately speak with experienced people from different fields and learn knowledge from those fields.
In terms of product manufacturing, I have gained a more specific understanding. In addition, because I frequently communicate with the manufacturing and marketing departments, I have come to understand the actual scale of products across the entire design project.

Future dream

My dream is to publish a book on industrial design based on my life experiences. I would be happy if the students who read the book developed an interest in industrial design.
