Giving shape to a strong passion for the lithium-ion battery industry. This is a place where I can fully apply my expertise and skills.

In my previous role, I was engaged in lithium-ion battery design and materials development, and I also have experience participating in projects related to performance evaluation and other areas. I decided to join Gotion High-Tech because I believed that working in this field would allow me to apply my expertise and skills and continue to grow. I currently serve as a group leader, responsible for overall project management, including project progress management, team guidance, schedule management, and budget management.
In lithium-ion battery development and research, we focus on the evaluation and introduction of new materials and technologies, as well as research and development related to improving battery energy density performance and safety. What I value every day is “innovation.”
The lithium-ion battery industry is evolving rapidly, and the development of new materials and processes is required. For this reason, innovative thinking and ideas are essential. Here, through my work, I can acquire new skills and refine existing ones while finding sources of new ideas.

Improving problem-solving skills, and understanding industry trends and technologies. This is an environment where I can enhance my expertise through my work.

Multiple teams and departments may be involved in the manufacture and development of lithium-ion batteries. For this reason, teamwork and cooperation are extremely important. I always place importance on open communication, sharing honest opinions and information, and communicating without hesitation. I work to solve problems by respecting the other person’s opinions and ideas, listening sincerely, providing feedback at the appropriate time, and sharing constructive opinions and areas for improvement.
In terms of improving myself, I aim to take on more advanced work and contribute to the success of the projects I am involved in by learning new technologies and knowledge and enhancing my expertise. Promoting a sustainable energy revolution and providing clean energy to people around the world. Precisely because our industry is growing rapidly, it is important to create innovative concepts and technologies every day.

How I Spend My Time Off

On my days off, I value spending time with my family and friends. I also use my personal time for self-development in order to acquire new skills and knowledge.
