What I find rewarding is being able to propose products I have never worked with before.
I spend fulfilling days working on the design of new products and more.

I worked as a product designer for approximately 20 years at manufacturers of games, stationery, PCs, and housing equipment.
The EV industry is currently undergoing a period of transformation. I decided to join the company because I believe demand in the battery industry will continue to grow and that I would be able to do rewarding work. In my current role, I am involved in designing the enclosures of distribution boards for ESS and mobile charging vehicles.
I am delighted to be able to work in design in a newly developing field while making use of my previous experience, and I find every day fulfilling in this fresh and dynamic environment.

I will do my best to help the designs developed by the Japan branch reach the world and to grow the department in scale!

This is an industry with significant room for growth, so I am excited at the thought of new products being created in the future, and I find it fulfilling to be present for those developments. One of our company's strengths is its energetic atmosphere, with many young employees who are highly motivated. I myself feel increasingly motivated in my work.
The Design Department also has excellent teamwork, and we collaborate effectively while making use of each individual's skills.
Going forward, I would also like to take on the challenge of studying languages in order to deepen my understanding of Chinese.

How I spend my time off

I mainly spend my days off fishing and enjoying the outdoors. I also dream of buying a cruiser and going fishing for marlin.
