Before joining the company, I worked in technical sales in a different industry. In my current sales role at Gotion, my primary responsibilities are acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers. I find it highly rewarding to leverage the relationship-building and communication skills I have developed to provide our products and services to customers. My work covers the entire sales process, including researching market trends, preparing proposals, negotiating prices, and concluding contracts. The most rewarding aspect is “building trust with customers and ensuring that the products and services we provide meet their needs and deliver value.” I also feel that having new things to learn every day contributes to my personal growth.

Our corporate culture is open-minded. We have an established culture of actively welcoming ideas and proposals.

There is always an atmosphere in which I can feel comfortable consulting with my supervisors as we work together.
As a global company, I make a conscious effort to provide thorough explanations to avoid misunderstandings and build trust among employees. Since joining the company, I have improved my communication and leadership skills.
My goal is to acquire more new customers and strengthen long-term partnerships with existing customers. I also aim to promote expansion into new markets and segments and further improve our sales performance.
