| Qualifications & Conditions | ＜Required Qualifications＞ • High school graduate or above（New graduates accepted） • Second-Class Electrician qualification required • Japanese language proficiency of N2 or above (able to communicate in a business environment) • Hold a regular driver's license and be able to travel on business within Japan ＜Preferred Qualifications＞ • Applicants with experience in electrical work construction management or a First-Class Electrician qualification are preferred • Applicants with English proficiency or knowledge of the new energy industry are preferred |

| Salary | ※Estimated annual income (including allowances): Master’s degree JPY 4,600,000 ～ JPY 5,800,000 Doctoral degree JPY 6,000,000 ～ JPY 7,600,000 ※The probationary period is 3 months, with no changes to the employment conditions during this period ※Additional compensation and preferential treatment will be provided based on experience, skills, and other qualifications |
