| Job Description | • Serve as the technical point of contact, collaborating with the sales team and handling technical communication with customers • Handle pre-sales activities for new energy products (power batteries, energy storage systems, etc.) • Perform technical translation related to energy storage batteries and prepare materials • Participate in the initial evaluation and on-site surveys of customer projects, and prepare technical analysis reports • Work closely with the R&D, product, and project teams to meet customer needs • Continuously research industry developments and technology trends, and propose competitive solutions |

| Qualifications and Requirements | ＜Required Qualifications＞ • University degree or higher; a major in electrical engineering, automation, electronics, mechanical engineering, new energy, or a related field is preferred • At least 3 years of experience in technical support or pre-sales in the new energy industry (experience with power batteries, energy storage systems, charging equipment, etc. is preferred) • Familiarity with mainstream industry technologies and product structures, with strong system integration capabilities • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to independently engage in proposal activities • Second-Class Electrician qualification required • Ability to translate technical documents • Ability to travel on short-term business trips, resilience under pressure, and a strong commitment to teamwork • Native-level Japanese proficiency required ＜Preferred Qualifications＞ • Hold a Third-Class Chief Electrical Engineer qualification or be willing to obtain one • Experience in the energy storage battery or EMS field • Experience in technical translation or using machine translation tools • English or Chinese language skills (対応 with overseas customers) |

| Salary | ※Estimated annual income (including allowances): Master's degree: JPY 4,600,000 to JPY 5,800,000; Doctoral degree: JPY 6,000,000 to JPY 7,600,000 ※The probationary period is 3 months, with no changes to the employment conditions ※Additional compensation and preferential treatment will be provided based on experience, skills, and other factors |
