| Job Description | • Analysis of lithium battery failure mechanisms • Proficient in failure analysis processes (destructive and non-destructive evaluation methods), with a solid understanding of materials evaluation methods, electrochemical testing methods, and battery disassembly methods • Skilled in using failure analysis tools such as fishbone diagrams, the Man-Material-Method-Environment method, and 5W2H • Analyze failed battery cells, build failure models, design validation plans, and prepare failure analysis reports • Proficient in statistical data analysis |

| Application Qualifications and Requirements | • Senior Engineer: Master’s degree or above, with at least 2 years of work experience • Engineer: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with at least 1 year of work experience • Major: Electrochemistry, chemistry, chemical engineering, materials engineering, etc.•Related fields preferred • Experience: At least 3 years of work experience; experience in the lithium battery industry preferred • Skills: Knowledge of lithium battery reliability testing and failure analysis |
