Before joining the company, I worked in technical sales in a different industry. I am currently responsible for acquiring new customers and strengthening relationships with existing customers as a sales representative at Gotion High-Tech. I find it highly rewarding to use the relationship-building and communication skills I have developed to provide our products and services to customers. My responsibilities cover the entire sales process, including researching market trends, preparing proposals, negotiating prices, and concluding contracts. The most rewarding aspect is “building trust with customers and providing products and services that meet their needs and deliver value.” I feel that continually having new things to learn in the process contributes to my own growth.

Our corporate culture is open-minded. We have an established culture that actively welcomes ideas and proposals.

There is always an atmosphere where I can easily consult with my supervisors as we work together.
As a global company, we place emphasis on providing careful explanations to avoid misunderstandings and build trust among employees.
Since joining the company, I have improved my communication and leadership skills.
My goals for the future are to acquire more new customers and strengthen long-term partnerships with existing customers. I also aim to expand into new markets and segments and further improve my sales performance.
