Notice of Planned Financing for the Nagano Prefecture High-Voltage Energy Storage Facility Project

We plan to secure financing around November 2026 for the high-voltage energy storage facility project under development in Chino City, Nagano Prefecture.

This project is being developed as a grid-scale energy storage facility. Construction work has commenced, while consultations with relevant parties and various procedures are being carried out in parallel. Regarding financing, we have obtained loan approval from a major financial institution and plan to execute the financing around November 2026.

This project will contribute to stabilizing the power grid and securing supply-demand balancing capacity in line with the expansion of renewable energy adoption, and is one of our key initiatives for expanding our energy storage business.

We will continue to steadily advance the project in accordance with the plan toward completion in December 2026 and the start of commercial operations in the first quarter of 2027 (Q1).
