— Promoting the Collection and Recycling of Energy Storage Battery Systems Nationwide —

We are pleased to announce that we have obtained certification under the “Industrial Waste Wide-Area Certification System” from the Ministry of the Environment as of November 21, 2025 (Certification No. 361).

This enables us to collect, properly process, and recycle used battery packs from energy storage battery systems manufactured under commission by Hefei Gotion High-tech Power Energy Co., Ltd. in China on a nationwide basis.

■ About the Wide-Area Certification System
The “Industrial Waste Wide-Area Certification System” is a system under which manufacturers and other entities, upon obtaining certification from the Minister of the Environment,
can collect, process, and recycle used products nationwide without obtaining waste treatment business permits from individual local governments.
The purpose of this system is to reduce environmental impact, prevent improper treatment, and promote resource circulation. It is an extremely important framework for establishing a sustainable system throughout the entire life cycle of products such as energy storage batteries, for which demand is rapidly expanding.
